Our Committment
At Two Rivers Candle & Soap Company, every product* is handcrafted in small batches with care and attention to quality. Your satisfaction is important to us, and if something isn't right, we want the opportunity to make it right.
Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, appearance and scent are a natural part of the crafting process and are not considered defects.
General Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is appreciated but not always required.
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
- We reserve the right to evaluate returns and replacements on a case-by-case basis.
Candles
If your candle arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll gladly replace it or issue a credit.
If you've burned your candle and it simply isn't the right fragrance for you, let us know. While we cannot accept used candles for return, we'll work with you to find a scent you'll love.
If you've burned your candle and are experiencing a performance issue such as excessive smoking, the candle won't stay lit, we will gladly work with you to replace the candle or find a satisfactory solution.
Handmade Soaps
Unused soap bars may be returned within 14 days.
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on soap that has been used. If you believe your soap has a quality or manufacturing issue, please contact us so we can make it right.
Skin Care Products
This includes: Magnesium Lotions, Pure Skin Butter, Pure Mineral Balm, Body Butter Bars, Botanical Butter Bars or other skin care products.
Because these products come into direct contact with the skin, opened or used items cannot normal be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your product arrives damaged or you believe there to be a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you.
Shampoo & Conditioner Bars
Unused shampoo and conditioner bars may be returned within 14 days.
Opened or used bars cannot normally be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
If your product arrives damaged or you believe there to be a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you.
Shower Steamers & Mineral Soak Stones
Unused products may be returned within 14 days.
Because these products are sensitive to moisture after opening, used products generally cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.
